Sarah
Lost 5kg and finally felt confident enough to get back to playing footy — years after a back injury stopped everything.
Alyssa
Shaved 20 seconds off her 2km time trial — while managing her PMOS symptoms at the same time.
Sam
Doubled her upper body strength during her Achilles recovery and got back to netball after 10 months.
You're doing everything right. So why isn't it clicking?
→ "I train hard, I eat reasonably well — but my body isn't changing and I don't know what I'm doing wrong."
→ "I've tried tracking macros, cutting carbs, eating more. Nothing sticks longer than a few weeks."
→ "My energy crashes mid-afternoon, my recovery feels slow, and I know food is probably part of the problem."
→ "I don't want to give up the foods I love. I just want someone to show me how to make this work."
→ "Every time I look for help I find a generic plan or someone who treats me like a case study, not a person."
Why nothing has worked yet:
The problem isn't you. It's the approach.
Cycle syncing protocols
Without understanding your actual training demands and calorie needs, syncing to your cycle adds complexity without solving the underlying problem.
A PT's meal plan
PTs are brilliant at programming. Nutrition plans built without a proper assessment of your individual requirements and unique physiology are guesswork dressed up as a plan.
Macro tracking apps
Numbers without context. When the targets aren't built for your sport, training phase, or lifestyle, you're just spinning wheels and getting more obsessive.
TikTok recipe trends
What works for a content creator filming in their kitchen has no relationship to what works for an athlete with two sessions a day and a 9-to-5.
Nutrition that starts with where you actually are
What you get:
Everything included in 12 weeks of coaching
✓ 1-Hour Athlete Performance Audit
A deep-dive into your health, training, lifestyle, history, and goals. The foundation everything else is built on — not skipped, not shortened.
✓ Fully Personalised Meal + Supplement Plan
Built from your audit. Aligned with your training schedule, competition calendar, food preferences, and time constraints. Evidence-based supplementation, nothing unnecessary.
✓ Five Fortnightly Review Sessions
Where most programmes leave you on your own, these sessions keep you accountable and adapting. Travel, work, competition weekends — nothing derails the plan for long.
✓ Direct Contact Between Sessions
Questions don't wait for a fortnightly call. Direct access means you're never left guessing when life throws something at your nutrition.

Most clients notice a significant shift within 4 weeks.
Not a dramatic promise. Just what tends to happen when nutrition is actually matched to your body and your training.
What happens next:
From application to audit in three easy steps
-
Book in a discovery call and fill in a short form — your training, current nutrition, and what you're hoping to change. About five minutes. No trick questions, no pressure to over-sell yourself.
-
If your situation looks like a good fit, you'll hear back to confirm your spot and sort the details. If it's not the right time or the right programme, you'll hear that too — honestly.
-
No hour-long onboarding questionnaire before anything happens. Your first session is the audit — thorough, specific, and the starting point for everything built afterwards.

Bella Rennick, APD — Accredited Sports Dietitian
For years I was training twice a day and undereating without realising it. By 3pm I had nothing left. My cycle disappeared for months. I'd completely lost confidence in my own body.
It wasn't until I started learning about the menstrual cycle — properly, not the one-lecture version — that I understood how deeply nutrition shapes everything: energy, hormones, recovery, and performance.
I spent years testing it on myself before applying it with clients. Then I ruptured my Achilles — which taught me a whole other lesson about what food does during injury and how much the right nutrition changes the timeline.
Now I show up consistently, I trust my body again, and I eat food I genuinely love. That's the actual goal — not perfection, just working with your biology instead of against it.
Nutrition shouldn't feel like the enemy. Use it to your advantage and actually enjoy what you eat.

The "Actually show up" promise
If you complete the full 12 weeks — turn up to your sessions, implement the plan, and communicate when something isn't working — and you genuinely haven't seen a meaningful improvement in your energy, performance, or body composition, we'll work together until you do. No awkward conversations. No ignored emails. The only thing this doesn't cover is not showing up.
The things people ask before applying →
-
Usually because the plan wasn't built on a proper understanding of your training demands, lifestyle, and biology — and when life got in the way, there was no one there to adapt it with you. This starts with an audit, not a template. The fortnightly check-ins exist specifically to adjust things when reality doesn't match the plan. Which it never does perfectly.
-
A plan without implementation support is just a PDF. The 12 weeks is where the plan actually becomes a habit — where it gets adjusted to what's working, where you figure out competition nutrition versus regular training days, where you stop needing someone to tell you what to eat. The 12 weeks is the point. The plan is just the starting tool.
-
Your fortnightly sessions are the main time commitment — around 30–45 minutes each. Outside of that, it's less about time and more about gradually building better habits into what you're already doing. This isn't designed to add four hours of meal prep to your week.
-
No. If you train regularly and care about performing and feeling well — whether you're competing at state level or just showing up to training three times a week — the principles are the same. You don't need to be elite for good nutrition to make a significant difference.
-
This is one of the areas Bella specifically works in — hormonal health, cycle impacts on training, and complex health situations including injury recovery. The audit covers your full medical picture, and the plan is built with it in mind rather than around it.
-
The payment plan exists for exactly that reason — three payments of $597. Same programme, same access, same results. The payment plan doesn't change anything about the coaching.
-
Book in a call and fill in the application honestly. If your situation isn't the right fit for this programme — timing, goals, or otherwise — you'll get an honest reply. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.
