Through witnessing the challenges women face - fueling for performance, optimising recovery, and managing life on and off the field - Spice Nutrition was born. Bella combines her lived elite athlete experience with evidence-based sports nutrition strategies, helping female athletes and active women build sustainable habits, maximise performance, and feel confident in their training and nutrition choices. π
