A Presenter Who Understands The Athletes
There's no shortage of sports nutrition presenters. What's rare is one who has played elite women's football, coached at junior representative level, and worked as a Sports Dietitian at an AFL Coaching Academy — all at the same time.
Bella doesn't present theory at athletes. She speaks from experience — the early mornings, the double sessions, the travel weekends, the pressure of finals. That combination of clinical expertise and lived athletic experience is what makes her sessions land differently to a standard nutrition lecture.
